Tidy it up

Make folders, and folders inside them. Put the Christmas backgrounds in one and they are waiting next December. Rename a file, add a label, sort by name or size.

Recently Deleted

Delete a video by mistake and it waits in Recently Deleted until you put it back.

Common questions

Does it work without internet?
Yes. Verse Copilot runs from your own computer, so Sunday goes ahead with the internet down. Anything you change catches up the next time that computer is back online.
What if two computers change the same song?
Both versions are kept. One holds on to the original name, and the other is saved beside it as a copy, stamped with the computer and the date. You pick the one you want. Nothing you typed is thrown away.
Are our photos and videos private?
Yes. Your files are stored privately for your church. There is no public gallery and no shared feed. Only people signed in to your church account can open them.
What happens when storage is full?
Nothing new syncs until you make room. Everything already in your library keeps working, and you get a notice at 75% and again at 90%, so a full library is never a surprise on a Saturday.
Can volunteers use it from home?
Yes. Team logins are free and unlimited on every plan, so a volunteer can sign in at home and build next week’s slides. Each paid plan covers one computer, and running a second one at church is an add-on.
